A FALL RETREAT AT LUSH EARTH OASIS
October 16-19, 2025

Join Lana Thursday through Sunday for a glorious long weekend of movement, rest, delicious food, hot tub soaking, sauna basking, and good company. Our time together will include active flowing yoga, Yin and Restorative yoga, meditation, kirtan (call and response chanting), and a good amount of downtime to read, nap, stroll, and enjoy the beautiful land at Lush Earth. Our hosts, Amanda and Robbie, create the most divine meals!

Creemore is 1.5 hours north of Toronto.

Cancellation policy:
In the event that you need to cancel, all cancellation requests must be emailed to lanasugarman@gmail.com

Because I have committed funds to the Retreat Center:
If you cancel by August 14th 2025, I will refund 100% of the fee
If you cancel after August 14th 2025, I will refund 75%, and apply a cancellation fee of 25%.
I cannot accept cancellations or issue refunds after October 1st, 2025

If for some reason the retreat does not run, 100% of your fee will be refunded.
