4 Week Online Winter Yin Yoga Series

COCOONING FOR THE WINTER

February 8, 15, 22, March 1
Wednesdays 2:00-3:15pm EST via Zoom

Join Lana for her seasonal Yin series. These classes will delve into the water element and the archetype of The Philosopher from Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Our time together will include Yin Yoga āsana, prānāyāma, and chant. If you’re new to this style of practice, Yin Yoga involves holding poses for 2-5 minutes, close to the earth, often with the support of props.
The classes will be both live and recorded, and students will have one week to watch the recorded session.

Investment: $75 for all 4 classes, or $20 to drop in
