4 Week Online Summer Yin Yoga Series

BALANCING THE FIRE PHASE
June 22nd – July 13th
Wednesdays 2:00-3:15pm EST via Zoom

Join Lana for the full 4 week series or simply drop in. We will explore the element of Fire, which correlates with the Summer Season in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Our time together will include Yin Yoga āsana, prānāyāma, and chant. If you’re new to this style of practice, Yin Yoga involves holding poses for 2-5 minutes, close to the earth, often with the support of props.
The classes will be both live and recorded, and students will have one week to watch the recorded session.Investment: $50 for all 4 classes, or $15 to drop in
